Deine Aufgaben
- Du unterstützt den Produktionsbetrieb bei Anwendungen im Kapitalmarktumfeld (Standardsoftwarepakete oder kundenspezifische Software).
- Du überwachst Anwendungen und entwickelst Überwachungs- und Analyseskripte.
- Du bist für das Incident- und Problem-Management verantwortlich, wobei Du als zentrale Anlaufstelle für Fachbereichs-/IT-Anwender fungierst.
- Du bearbeitest Supportanfragen und 2nd line Problemlösungen.
- Du bist für die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von IT-Service-Management-Prozessen zuständig.
- Du unterstützt Change-Aktivitäten, was die Analyse von Kundenanforderungen, die Entwicklung von technischen Lösungen für die Anpassung und das Deployment von Anwendungen (Customizations, Schnittstellen, Job Scheduling, Datenmigration, …) beinhaltet.
Dein Profil
- Du bringst Erfahrungen im Anwendungssupport im Finanzsektor, am besten im Bereich Capital Markets, mit.
- Du verfügst über tiefgreifendes IT-Know-how in Bereichen wie Unix/Linux/Windows-Server, Datenbanken/SQL-Programmierung, Middleware, Shell-Scripting, Programmierung in Perl/Python.
- Zusätzlich besitzt Du grundlegendes Know-how über Finanzdienstleistungen, insbesondere über Standardprozesse im Bankwesen.
- Im besten Fall hast Du bereits Erfahrung mit Standardsoftwareprodukten im Kapitalmarktumfeld.
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab.
